Our client, a well-established specialist consultancy, is seeking a proactive and personable Administrative Coordinator to support their membership network. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining administration, stakeholder engagement, communications, and coordination within a respected professional services environment.

This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a people-focused administrative role and enjoys taking ownership of processes while delivering an excellent experience to members and industry contacts alike.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a professional membership community, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring a seamless service is delivered.

Duties will include:

Managing databases, records, memberships, and renewals Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries Building and maintaining strong relationships with members and external stakeholders Coordinating online meetings, webinars, and engagement activities Managing communications, invitations, registrations, and follow-up actions Scheduling meetings and preparing supporting documentation Assisting with newsletters, updates, and website content Researching industry topics and gathering information relevant to members Supporting engagement and growth initiatives Providing comprehensive administrative support across a range of projectsAbout You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience within administration, coordination, business support Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A proactive and self-motivated approach Confidence communicating with senior professionals and stakeholders Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database/CRM systemsWhat's in It for You?
