Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and ensure accurate filing of all documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and team members.
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle phone calls and email correspondence, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts.
