Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, handle incoming calls, and direct visitors appropriately.

- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for management and staff.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing for team members.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Administrative Support or similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
