Administrator and Office Manager - Commercial Property

Office Administrator and Office Manager – Commercial Property Fisher Wrathall Surveyors Ltd

Salary: £27,000–£30,000

Fisher Wrathall Surveyors is an ambitious and growing commercial property business—and they’re building a team and workplace people are proud to be part of.

They’re looking for an organised, confident administrator to support their sales, lettings and surveying team. It’s a varied role, with around a quarter of your time spent on bookkeeping and finance tasks.

You’ll help keep the office running smoothly by:

• Supporting agents and surveyors with day-to-day administration

• Handling calls, client enquiries and property marketing

• Using Excel, Word, Outlook and business systems

• Raising invoices, processing payments and keeping financial records accurate

You’ll bring:

• At least five years’ office experience

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills

• Confidence with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems

• Some bookkeeping experience would be useful; Xero experience is a bonus, but training is available

Property experience isn’t essential. They’re looking for someone dependable, proactive and supportive who takes pride in doing things well—and believes work should be enjoyable. They work hard, support each other and make time to have fun along the way
