Job Description
A busy and customer focused organisation in Thame is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. This is a varied Temporary Customer Service Administrator position where no two days are the same.
Paying £13.42 per hour.
Duties:
* Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
* Investigating and resolving customer complaints
* Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information
* Managing customer enquiries and ensuring follow up actions are completed
* Supporting the wider customer service team with administrative tasks
* Monitoring shared inboxes and prioritising responses
Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
* Confident handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
* Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems
* Professional, friendly, and customer focused approach
* Ability to work well both independently and within a team
