PIP Disability Assessor | £47,000–£49,000 | Hybrid Working | Monday–Friday

Essential criteria: Qualified healthcare professionals with active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration and at least 1 year of post-registration experience. Non-clinical applications will not be considered.

An opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals to move into a structured assessment role, using their clinical judgement and communication skills in a different environment.

As a PIP Disability Assessor, you'll conduct assessments to understand how an individual's health conditions or disabilities impact their ability to manage daily living activities and mobility. Through phone, video and face-to-face consultations, you'll gather relevant information and prepare detailed, evidence-based and objective reports to support decisions about benefit entitlement.

Salary and progression:

£47,000 starting salary £48,000 at 6 months following approval £49,000 at 12 months 5% one-off approval bonus, paid the following quarter Up to 10% annual quality and performance bonus, paid quarterly at 2.5% once fully approvedAdditional responsibilities and earning opportunities:
