Adult Skills Growth & Performance Lead

Acorn Training Ltd. seeks an Adult Skills Performance and Growth Lead to steer strategic leadership across all Adult Skills Fund contracts. You will drive performance, growth and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and value for money.

Reporting to the Assistant Director for Skills, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape the Adult Skills Fund strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to secure high-quality learner outcomes and contractor performance.
