About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Advanced Aesthetician to join their state-of-the-art clinic in Bradford . This role involves providing a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments and advanced skincare procedures. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, utilising your expertise in aesthetic technologies and product knowledge to deliver exceptional results and maintain client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and microneedling.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns, discuss treatment options, and set realistic expectations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Administer injectables (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers) if qualified and licensed, or work collaboratively with medical staff.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, as well as appropriate home skincare regimens.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic technology and treatments.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and certifications in Aesthetics, Dermal Aesthetics, or a related medical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Aesthetician, with a strong background in advanced treatments.
• Proficiency in operating various aesthetic devices and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Aesthetic sense and a commitment to delivering natural-looking, high-quality results.
