About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual skin assessments using provided diagnostic tools and client-submitted information.
• Develop customized long-term skincare regimes and treatment protocols for diverse skin types and concerns.
• Recommend and guide clients on the effective use of prescription skincare products and professional treatments.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up consultations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements, ingredients, and technologies in dermatology and cosmetic science .
• Collaborate with a network of dermatologists and aestheticians to ensure comprehensive client care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Dermatology, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Skincare Specialist , Aesthetician, or Dermatologist's Assistant.
• In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment options, including non-invasive procedures.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and empathetically to clients.
• Proficiency with virtual consultation platforms, CRM systems, and digital health tools .
