Aerospace Design Lead Engineer | Technical Leadership

Morson Praxis is seeking an experienced Lead Design Engineer in Bristol to lead aerospace design and delivery across multiple programmes. You will guide cross‑functional teams through concept, detailed design, manufacture, certification and in‑service support.

You will engage customers and stakeholders, chair design reviews, ensure compliance with airworthiness standards, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
