Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intricate mechanical systems and components for aerospace applications using advanced CAD tools.
• Perform comprehensive structural analysis , vibration analysis, and fatigue life assessments.
• Ensure designs meet strict aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stress engineers, materials specialists, and manufacturing teams throughout the product development cycle.
• Create detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and assembly instructions.
• Investigate design issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in mechanical design, with a focus on aerospace engineering .
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, composites, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as MIL-STD and ARP.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
