Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., DO-160, MIL-STD).
• Perform advanced structural analysis , thermal analysis, and vibration testing on aerospace components and assemblies.
• Create detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manufacturing data packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, test engineers, and manufacturing specialists.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities for new aerospace systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical engineering issues during design and production phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in mechanical design and analysis within the aerospace sector.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software (e.g., CATIA, NX) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Strong knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
