Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test mechanical components and systems for aerospace platforms.
• Utilize advanced CAD/CAE software to create detailed designs and perform complex simulations, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis.
• Ensure designs comply with stringent aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100) and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structural engineers, systems engineers, and manufacturing specialists.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
• Support production and integration activities, troubleshooting any mechanical issues that arise.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Proven experience in mechanical design within the aerospace or defense industry.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
