About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze complex mechanical systems for aircraft applications, including structures, propulsion, and thermal management systems.
• Perform detailed stress, vibration, and thermal analysis using specialized aerospace software tools.
• Develop and manage technical specifications, drawings, and test plans.
• Ensure designs comply with stringent aerospace regulations and industry standards (e.g., DO-160, AMS).
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to oversee the production and integration of mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues encountered during testing and flight operations.

Requirements

• BEng/MEng in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the aerospace industry .
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA V5, NX) and CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing techniques, and testing procedures.
• Experience with regulatory compliance within the aerospace sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
