Aerospace Production Manager: Lean Ops & OTIF

MERITUS is recruiting a Production Manager to lead operations at a busy aerospace manufacturing facility in Southampton. You will drive performance, safety and quality, overseeing production teams and collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to meet OTIF customer requirements.

The role requires a background in regulated manufacturing, strong lean skills and proven leadership to deliver continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.
