About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Aerospace Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their operations in Brighton . You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex aerospace projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving strategic objectives in the demanding field of aerospace development .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of aerospace projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the aerospace, defence, or a related complex engineering industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from inception to completion, meeting challenging deadlines and budgets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Understanding of the aerospace product lifecycle and regulatory compliance .
