About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products using a variety of measuring and testing equipment.
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100).
• Document inspection results accurately, identify non-conformances, and initiate corrective action reports.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audits by regulatory bodies and customers.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements aimed at reducing defects and enhancing product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aerospace Quality Inspector or in a similar quality control role within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as AS9100.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications in quality inspection are highly desirable.
