About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured components and assembled aircraft meet stringent quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of aircraft parts, assemblies, and finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures .
• Document inspection results, identify non-conformities, and initiate corrective action processes.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Review and approve production documentation, including traveler sheets and inspection reports.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace or a related high-precision manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with various inspection techniques and the use of measurement tools (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers).
• Understanding of AS9100 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with production teams.
