About the Role

Our client is recruiting a meticulous Aerospace Quality Inspector to join their operations in Coventry . This role is pivotal in ensuring that all manufactured and maintained aerospace components meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for conducting inspections at various stages of production and repair, identifying non-conformities, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of aerospace components, assemblies, and processes using precision measuring instruments.
• Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Document inspection results, identify deviations, and raise non-conformance reports.
• Participate in root cause analysis of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards such as AS9100.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Inspector within the aerospace or a related precision engineering industry.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools like CMMs, micrometers, and calipers.
• Understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
