Key Responsibilities

• Perform stress analysis and structural design of aircraft components using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
• Develop detailed structural designs and create technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct structural testing, analyze results, and document findings.
• Ensure designs comply with aerospace standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure successful implementation of structural designs.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with a specialization in structures.
• Significant experience in aerospace structural analysis and design.
• Proficiency in FEA software (e.g., NASTRAN, ANSYS) and CAD tools.
• Solid understanding of material science, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and composite structures.
• Knowledge of aerospace certification processes and airworthiness requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
