The Opportunity
Spencer Chase Recruitment is working with an established automotive business in Worthing to recruit an experienced After Sales Manager to lead its busy service and parts departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the service and parts departments.
- Drive customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
- Manage resources and departmental performance.
- Lead and develop the aftersales team.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Promote genuine manufacturer parts to trade and retail customers.
- Maintain company and manufacturer standards.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' automotive aftersales experience.
- Proven experience managing service and parts operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A track record of achieving targets and managing profitability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
