GLOUCESTER | £55,000 OTE | COMPANY VEHICLE | 30 DAYS’ HOLIDAY
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for the performance and day-to-day running of an established aftersales operation in Gloucester.

The Opportunity
You’ll oversee the Aftersales Department, ensuring the workshop runs efficiently, productivity remains high and customers receive an excellent level of service. You’ll have the opportunity to identify improvements, maximise departmental performance and support the team when needed.

The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Aftersales Department.
- Drive workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
- Manage workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues relating to servicing, repairs, MOTs, warranties and technical concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise departmental performance.
- Support the team and remain hands-on when required.
What We’Re Looking For
- Previous management experience within the motor trade.
- A strong understanding of aftersales operations and workshop processes.
- The ability to motivate a team and drive performance.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A commercially minded approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
