The ideal candidate will come from a machinery dealership or manufacturer background. Plant machinery experience with a manufacturer would be ideal, alongside agricultural and/or construction knowledge.

This is not a plant-hire or Plant Fitter role. We are looking for someone with genuine dealership/manufacturer service experience, who understands the wider aftermarket environment.

What We're Looking For Experience managing or supervising a service/workshop team Background within agricultural, construction, horticultural or plant machinery Dealership or manufacturer experience preferred Strong knowledge of at least one of agricultural or construction/plant machinery Experience using manufacturer technical support systems Knowledge of warranty systems/claims and manufacturer parts books Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate technicians and deliver excellent customer serviceIf you have dealership or manufacturer experience and are looking for your next Service Manager opportunity, we'd like to hear from you
