Agile Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to drive project success within their dynamic software development teams, working remotely. This role is focused on leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software products and solutions efficiently. You will guide development teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure the continuous improvement of processes. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Agile practitioner with a passion for fostering collaborative team environments and delivering value iteratively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the development team.
• Monitor project progress, identify and remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of sprints.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification is highly preferred.
