Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to define and prioritise backlogs.
• Track project progress, report on key metrics, and communicate status updates to relevant parties.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the Oxford -based Agile teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing backlogs.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile frameworks .
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
