About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic Agile Project Manager to join their innovative team in Birmingham . This role focuses on leading software development projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement. You will be crucial in facilitating team collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring the successful execution of sprints and releases. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile best practices and principles.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps and burn-down charts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working model, balancing on-site and remote duties.
