Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of farm labourers, ensuring efficient workflow.

• Oversee the feeding, watering, and general care of livestock, ensuring animal welfare standards are met.
• Ensure all farm machinery and equipment are operated safely and maintained regularly.
• Assist in the implementation of planting, fertilizing, and harvesting schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labour hours, crop progress, and equipment usage.

Requirements
