About the Role

Our client is seeking a practical and motivated Agricultural Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily activities on their farm. You will be responsible for ensuring that all field operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This role involves direct supervision of agricultural workers, managing the deployment of machinery, and overseeing crop management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a hands-on understanding of farming practices, contributing to the smooth and productive running of the farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of farm laborers and equipment operators.
• Oversee planting, cultivation, harvesting, and other crop-related activities.
• Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and repair of farm machinery and equipment.
• Monitor crop health and implement necessary treatments under the guidance of agronomists.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, labor, and materials used.

Requirements

• Proven experience in agricultural work, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Good understanding of crop production cycles and farming techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of farm machinery.
