This established and highly regarded Agricultural Property team in Taunton are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing practice.... From Associate to Junior Partnership level.

The Role
You will handle a varied agricultural property caseload covering:
- Sales and acquisitions of agricultural land, rural estates & farms
- Agricultural tenancies & farm business tenancies
- Land development & strategic land matters
- Renewable energy projects
- Easements, rights of way
- Estate & land management matters
- Diversification projects & rural business transactions
- Advise farmers and landowners, estates and trusts, rural businesses, developers and investors
About You
- Qualified Real Estate/agricultural Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Ideally 4+ years' experience in commercial/rural property law
