About the Role

Our client requires a skilled Agricultural Technician to support their farming operations in the vicinity of Newcastle upon Tyne . This role involves providing technical assistance across various farming activities, from operating and maintaining modern farm machinery to assisting with crop monitoring and soil analysis. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of agricultural equipment and techniques. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a range of agricultural machinery, including tractors, harvesters, and sprayers.
• Assist in the implementation of crop management strategies, including planting, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Perform routine checks and basic repairs on farm equipment to prevent breakdowns.

Requirements
