Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks and policies for AI development and deployment.
- Conduct ethical reviews and risk assessments for AI projects and products.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices for AI fairness, accountability, transparency, and privacy.
- Monitor and analyze global AI regulations and policy developments, providing strategic guidance.
- Engage with internal teams and external bodies to promote responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, or a related field with a focus on technology and society.
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy analysis, or technology governance.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and their ethical implications.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulatory landscapes relevant to AI.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences in a remote setting.
