About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ethical frameworks and policies for AI development and deployment.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments and AI impact analyses for new projects and technologies.
• Advise internal teams on ethical considerations related to data privacy, bias, fairness, and transparency in AI systems.
• Stay abreast of global regulations, standards, and best practices in AI ethics and governance .
• Engage with external stakeholders, policymakers, and academic institutions on AI ethics matters.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong focus on technology ethics.
• Proven experience (3+ years) working in AI ethics , technology policy, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of ethical principles, societal implications of AI, and current AI technologies .
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into practical guidance and actionable policies.
