About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and accountable.
• Design and deliver training programs on AI ethics and responsible innovation to employees at all levels.
• Monitor emerging ethical challenges and regulatory landscapes related to AI and adapt policies accordingly.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on AI ethics and advocate for best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Law, Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible technology, compliance, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, their societal implications, and ethical considerations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials is a plus.
