Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical impact assessments and risk analyses for AI projects and products.
• Advise cross-functional teams on ethical considerations, regulatory compliance, and best practices for AI development.
• Monitor the evolving AI regulatory landscape and ensure organizational alignment.
• Develop and deliver training programs on AI ethics and responsible innovation to employees.
• Engage with external stakeholders, industry groups, and regulatory bodies on AI ethics and governance matters.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Law, Ethics, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related field with a specialization in technology ethics or governance.
• 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, technology governance, or regulatory compliance, preferably in the tech sector.
• In-depth understanding of AI technologies, machine learning principles, and their ethical implications.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex policy frameworks and governance structures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience advising on data privacy and algorithmic bias mitigation strategies.
