About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and insightful AI Ethics Specialist to join their pioneering team in Cardiff . This role will involve developing frameworks, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to ensure our AI systems are fair, transparent, and accountable. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI ethics.
• Demonstrable experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their societal implications.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ethical issues clearly.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and policy development is highly desirable.
