About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled AI Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team, working remotely. This critical role focuses on building, scaling, and maintaining the robust infrastructure required to support our advanced AI and machine learning initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and managing systems that enable efficient data processing, model training, and deployment, ensuring high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI models and infrastructure components.
- Optimize system performance for large-scale data processing and distributed training.
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for AI infrastructure.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to understand their infrastructure needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and MLOps principles is highly desirable.
