AI Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and customer-focused AI Solutions Engineer to join their technical team in Wolverhampton . In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and designing and demonstrating how our AI-powered solutions can address their specific challenges. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation of AI technologies. This position offers the opportunity to be a key technical advisor, working with businesses in the West Midlands to leverage the power of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business requirements and technical environments to propose tailored AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for AI products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to articulate the value proposition and technical benefits of our AI offerings.
• Provide technical support during the pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to product management for future development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting role, preferably with AI/ML exposure.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud computing platforms, and data science principles.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).
