We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, working across Sheffield and the surrounding areas on a variety of domestic and commercial contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys installation work, wants a good balance between installation and occasional service work, and is looking for a competitive salary with great benefits and minimal out-of-hours call-outs.

We’re offering salaries from around £40,000, rising to £48,000+ for engineers who can confidently survey, specify and quote installations.

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Installing air conditioning systems across domestic and commercial properties.

• Carrying out installations to a high standard, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably.

• Undertaking occasional fault-finding, diagnostics and maintenance when required.

• Surveying sites and assessing customer requirements for new installations, where experienced.

• Specifying suitable air conditioning systems and preparing quotations for installation projects, where capable.

• Working professionally with customers and maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer.

• Strong practical knowledge of air conditioning installation and associated systems.

• The ability to work independently and manage installation jobs effectively.

• Good fault-finding skills and a willingness to assist with maintenance when required.

• F-Gas qualifications and relevant industry certifications.

• A full UK driving licence.

• Additional earning potential for engineers who can carry out site surveys, specify systems and produce installation quotations.
