About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Aircraft Avionics Technician to join their maintenance team in Liverpool . This role is integral to ensuring the optimal performance and safety of aircraft electrical and electronic systems. You will be responsible for the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of a wide range of avionics equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to upholding rigorous aviation maintenance standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on aircraft avionic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic faults using specialized test equipment.
• Repair, replace, or modify avionic components and wiring as required.
• Install new avionic systems and equipment according to technical specifications and manuals.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately documented in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Avionics Technician or similar role.
• Relevant aviation technical qualifications (e.g., EASA Part-66 B1.3 or B2 license is advantageous).
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other avionics test equipment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft electrical systems, communication systems, navigation systems, and flight control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
