Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is properly stowed and accessible.
• Provide safety demonstrations and ensure passengers comply with all safety regulations during flight.
• Respond efficiently and calmly to any in-flight emergencies or medical situations, providing first aid as necessary.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to passenger requests, and maintain cabin cleanliness throughout the flight.
• Work effectively as part of a team to manage all aspects of cabin operations smoothly and professionally.
