About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and skilled Aircraft Electrical Systems Technician to join their maintenance and repair team in Liverpool . This hands-on role is crucial for ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of the aircraft fleet by maintaining and troubleshooting complex electrical systems. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute directly to the airworthiness of aircraft. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using specialized test equipment and diagnostic software.
• Install, modify, and repair aircraft electrical wiring, components, and systems according to technical specifications and approved data.
• Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams to guide maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance actions, parts used, and labour hours.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant aviation regulations and company procedures in Liverpool .

Requirements

• Recognised technical qualification or apprenticeship in electrical engineering or aircraft maintenance.
• Proven experience as an Aircraft Electrical Technician or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of aircraft electrical principles, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in using electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation, including wiring diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.
