Aluminium Welder Fabricator Droitwich £17.00 to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Service Service is recruiting for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Droitwich.

This is a hands-on role working on the fabrication and welding of aluminium components for heavy-duty equipment and commercial vehicle applications. The successful candidate will be able to work from detailed engineering drawings and produce high-quality fabrication work to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding and fabrication of aluminium from 2.5mm to 10mm thickness

• Work from engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications

• Carry out fabrication work to a high standard of quality and accuracy

• Assist with plasma cutting, oxy-acetylene cutting and press brake operations where required

• Ensure work is completed safely and within production deadlines

• Maintain a clean and organised working environment

About You

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication

• Aluminium welding and fabrication experience

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Experience working with aluminium fabrication

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good time management and organisational skills

What's on Offer

• Up to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Overtime available at enhanced rates

• 40-hour working week – Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

• 20 days holiday rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays
