Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and servicing on appliances.
• Order and replace necessary parts, ensuring efficient use of stock.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and repair processes.
• Maintain accurate service reports and manage scheduling through company software.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and adheres to company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within common household appliances.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid UK driving licence and a reliable vehicle.
