Apprentice Chef: Grow Your Skills to Sous Chef

Marston's is recruiting an Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team and work toward the Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You’ll help prep, cook and plate dishes while learning the ropes of a busy pub kitchen.

The programme offers ongoing training, alongside real opportunities to develop skills and progress within a supportive, people-first environment. Shift work includes evenings and weekends.
