About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Apprentice Graphic Designer to join their dynamic creative department in Cardiff . You will work under the guidance of experienced designers, assisting with concept development, design execution, and production. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of visual concepts for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other collateral.
• Prepare and format artwork for print and digital distribution.
• Learn and utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Support the design team in brainstorming and developing creative ideas.
• Manage design assets and maintain a well-organized digital library.
• Adapt existing designs for different platforms and formats as required.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative flair and design potential (even personal projects are welcome).
• Basic understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with, or a strong willingness to learn, industry-standard design software.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Must be eligible to undertake an apprenticeship program.
