Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plasterers in preparing surfaces, mixing plaster, and applying render.
• Learn and practice techniques for applying base coats and finishing coats of plaster.
• Develop skills in creating decorative finishes and working with different plastering materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on construction sites and in the workshop.
• Follow instructions carefully and work efficiently to meet project timelines.
