Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, creating detailed drawings, models, and presentations.
• Produce technical drawings, schedules, and specifications in compliance with building regulations and client requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and technical issues.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure the design intent is accurately implemented.
• Contribute to design reviews and workshops, offering creative input and technical solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• A degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an architectural design role.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design talent and technical proficiency.
• Good understanding of UK building codes and construction processes.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
