About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations for client and planning submissions.
• Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using relevant software.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Participate in design review meetings and contribute constructive ideas for project enhancement.
• Conduct site analysis and contribute to the development of project feasibility studies.
• Maintain design records and assist in project administration tasks as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential for this role.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative design process.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with UK planning regulations and building standards is advantageous.
