Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts for various project types.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and visualisations using CAD and BIM software.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the preparation of planning applications and building regulation submissions.
• Conduct site analysis and research to inform design development.
• Ensure design quality and adherence to project briefs and client requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• Proficiency in Revit , AutoCAD, and visualisation software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray).
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and planning procedures.
• Strong design sensibility and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.
