About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee key projects within their Nottingham office. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful delivery of architectural schemes, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating design and construction processes, liaising with all stakeholders to achieve project excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to construction and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee the preparation of all necessary project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Requirements
